"My transmission light was flashing...
My transmission light was flashing and it was on a Sunday, when I was an hour away from Olympia. I stopped at an auto parts store and, upon recommendation there, bought and put in transmission fluid. Flashing continued. I drove to Lloyds, put my car key in their envelope with description of the problem, slipped the envelope in the overnight slot, and got a ride home. Monday morning, I contacted Lloyd's and Eric S. discussed a plan to get my car fixed. Diagnostic testing showed an alternator problem with excess amp delivery to the electrical system causing shifting issues and battery drain. He ordered the parts needed for the repair and by Wednesday, after ensuring my car was okay, it was ready to roll. Thanks, Eric, for the personable and professional service. That's why I trust Lloyd's."
